Eastlight Community Homes is a resident-led housing association serving communities across the East of England. Together with our communities, we create affordable homes and great neighbourhoods that people are proud to live in. We own and manage around 15,000 homes and have built a strong reputation for putting residents at the heart of decision-making, ensuring their voices shape our priorities, services and future direction.

With a newly appointed Chair, a strong Board, an experienced executive team and a financially resilient organisation, we are looking ahead to the next phase of our journey. Like housing associations across the country, we continue to operate within a challenging and evolving environment, balancing investment in homes and services with increasing expectations from residents, regulators and stakeholders. Our next Chief Executive will have a unique opportunity to shape that future. Working closely with the Chair, Board, residents and colleagues, you will lead the development of Eastlight's next corporate strategy, setting a clear vision for the years ahead while ensuring we continue to deliver excellent outcomes for residents and communities.

We are seeking an outstanding housing leader. Whether you are an established Chief Executive, have already operated at Chief Executive level, or are a highly accomplished executive ready to take the next step, you will bring the leadership, credibility and judgement required to lead a complex, values-driven organisation.

As Chief Executive, you will be an all-round leader, combining strategic vision, commercial awareness, financial acumen and operational excellence with a deep commitment to residents and people. You will understand how to balance organisational performance with social purpose, ensuring Eastlight remains resilient and sustainable whilst continuing to invest in homes, services and communities.

Just as importantly, you will be a visible, authentic and people-centred leader who values collaboration, inclusion and engagement. You will build on the strong culture and resident-led ethos already established across Eastlight, inspiring colleagues, residents, Board members and partners around a shared vision and creating an environment in which people can thrive and perform at their best.
