Eastlight Community Homes is a resident-led housing association that owns and manages around 15,000 homes across the East of England.
We’re seeking an exceptional Chief Executive to lead Eastlight through its next chapter, shaping our long-term vision, values and strategy while ensuring residents remain at the heart of every decision we make.
Working closely with our Board and Executive Team, alongside colleagues, residents and partners, you will provide visible and inspiring leadership, fostering a high-performing, inclusive and resident-focused culture that champions accountability and continuous improvement.
Building on the strong foundations already in place, you will oversee the delivery of all organisational services, ensuring excellent outcomes for residents and communities, while maintaining strong governance, regulatory compliance and financial sustainability. You will balance opportunity with risk, drive organisational performance, and help Eastlight adapt and thrive in a changing housing environment.
As our principal ambassador, you will build and strengthen relationships with residents, local authorities, regulators, partners, funders and other stakeholders, enhancing Eastlight’s reputation and influence across the sector. You will also champion the use of resident insight, ensuring feedback shapes strategic priorities and service improvements.
Using your excellent housing experience and ability to inspire others, you will lead transformation and innovation across the organisation, create opportunities for growth, improve resident experiences and enable colleagues to deliver their very best work.
